Synopsis
In the Portuguese border town of Vila de Santiago, a rural landscape on the verge of extinction, every inhabitant is locked in their own life. Glória seems to be running away from everything and everyone. But Iván, a boy who arrives there with his father, is happy to share his secret, a small paradise hidden under the river. The debut and only film directed by Viegas, who was editor over decades of iconic films by Pedro Costa, Rita Azevedo and João César Monteiro.
