The deadline has been put back until June 7
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Friday 26 March 2021.- The Film Festival postpones until June the call for Correspondencias, an essay film contest based on any film or cycle programmed during its 20-year lifespan.
The organization of the Festival has put the deadline back until June 7. Competing works will be released on Youtube between June 14 and 30, so that the announcement of the winner could be done during the Cinema Effect session scheduled for June 25.
As it had already been advanced in an early note, works cannot exceed ten minutes length and will be able to use any number of pieces that have been screened in any of the nineteen previous editions of the Festival. These works can be consulted on the “Downloads” section of the lpafilmfestival.com website’s menu.
Likewise, in accordance with published rules, as well as other forms at the digital portal, the winner selected by the jury will received 2,000 euros.
