Synopsis
After a fire destructed her house, director Karin Cuyul travels to her childhood’s places in Chile. In this journey emerges the memory of Karin Eitel, a young woman arrested and tortured in 1987 by Pinochet’s secret police, to whom she owes her name. This story, never revealed by her parents, merges her intimate and personal memory with the collective and unconscious of an entire country.
