Synopsis
When it seemed that protest songs were a hippie dream with no place in the 21st century, the international political reality of the Bush administration gave back to old non-conformist rockers like Neil Young the desire to sing against ruling power. The war in Iraq is the backdrop as the Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young "Freedom of Speech Tour" crisscrosses North America in this documentary. The tour was not fully understood by the public because of the patriotic fervor that followed the September 11 attacks.
