Khaled returns to Alexandria after years of traveling and at first he can’t understand how his native city has changed so much while he was away. He also discovers that it is too late to rekindle a relationship with his old love and that his relationship with his aging father is broken beyond repair. He roams the city and stumbles over the underground art scene: Hip-hop singers, skateboarders, graffiti painters… Despite his limited resources, he tries to support this movement and draw attention to the diverse facets of the city.
